1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Hair By Nikki.i. By accessing www.hairbynikkii.com (the "Site"), booking an appointment, purchasing a gift card or product, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. About Us

Hair By Nikki.i is a hair salon located at 114 N Michigan Street, De Pere, Wisconsin 54115, offering cuts, color, extensions, hair pieces, scalp spa services, and related beauty services. These Terms apply to both our online Site and our in-salon services.

3. Appointments and Consultations

Booking. Appointments can be requested by email at hello@hairbynikkii.com, through our Site, or by phone at 920-660-3423. Certain services — including color, extensions, and hair pieces — require an in-person consultation before the service can be booked.

Confirmation. An appointment is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us. A request alone does not guarantee a spot.

Cancellations and rescheduling. We ask for at least [24 / 48] hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than the required notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of [AMOUNT or % of service price]. (Adjust this to your actual policy.)

No-shows. Missed appointments without notice may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service and may require a non-refundable deposit to book future appointments.

Late arrivals. If you arrive more than [15] minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to stay on time for other clients.

Deposits. Some services (such as extensions, color corrections, or long appointments) may require a deposit at booking. Deposits are applied to the final service total and are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled with less than the required notice.

4. Service Results, Allergies, and Patch Testing

Hair services involve chemicals and tools that can cause allergic reactions or sensitivities in some individuals. You agree to inform your stylist of any allergies, medical conditions, medications, recent chemical treatments, or pregnancy that may affect your service. For color and chemical services, we may require a patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Hair results can vary based on your hair's condition, history, and home care. While we work to deliver the result discussed in consultation, we cannot guarantee an exact outcome. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within [7 days] so we can discuss an adjustment.

5. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service or purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods supported by our payment processor (Square). Prices are subject to change; the price quoted at the time of your consultation or booking will apply to that appointment.

6. Gift Cards

Gift cards may be purchased through our Site and are fulfilled by Square. Gift cards:

• Are redeemable for services and products at Hair By Nikki.i

• Are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law

• Should be treated like cash — we cannot replace lost or stolen gift cards

• May be subject to additional terms and expiration policies as set by Square and applicable state law

7. Products and Online Shop

Products purchased through our Site are subject to availability. Prices, descriptions, and images are provided in good faith but may contain errors; we reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Returns. Due to health and sanitation standards, opened hair care products cannot be returned. Unopened products in original condition may be returned within [14] days of purchase for a refund or exchange, subject to proof of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or shipped in error.

Shipping. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you once the product has been delivered to the carrier.

8. Minors

Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for chemical services, and the accompanying adult must provide consent.

9. Respectful Salon Environment

We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone who is disrespectful, harassing, under the influence, or otherwise disruptive, and to remove such individuals from the premises.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, photos of our work, and design — is owned by Hair By Nikki.i or used with permission and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

If we photograph your hair in the salon, we will ask your permission before posting images to social media or our Site. You may ask us not to share photos at any time.

11. Third-Party Services

Our Site integrates with third-party services including Squarespace (hosting), Square (payments and gift cards), and Instagram (social media). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and our services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Wisconsin law, Hair By Nikki.i, its owner, and its employees are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, our services, or our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the service or product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hair By Nikki.i and its owner and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Brown County, Wisconsin, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
